Multilingual Books for boys and girls of all ages. Piggy Press, S.A. opened its doors to publishing children's books in Spanish and English in July, 2001, in celebration of the Panama's First International Book Fair in conjunction with The Fifth International Book Fair, Filcen 2001, an event which marked a positive change in this tiny cosmopolitan republic.   Children’s books in any language are extremely important, but bilingual books can be more useful. Recently the English language became Panama's second official language. Therefore, Piggy Press’ mission is to provide multilingual and multicultural books for children and juveniles at affordable prices to help children learn about and appreciate the world around them by reading.   To date, Piggy Press has published forty titles for the children's and juvenile public. At the moment, we are currently working on three more.
