Fernando began to draw when he was very young and later studied at the School of Plastic Arts. He developed his skills in the university, especially drawing caricatures, which is his specialty. Since then he has been very successful. He is a caricaturist for La Estrella de Panamá newspaper. This is his fourth book for children.
